University of Hull – DAIM IT Teaching Space Building

We were appointed to deliver passive fire protection works to all wall and floor penetrations within the fire compartmentation of the University of Hull’s new DAIM IT Teaching Space Building. The project required close coordination and delivery to a tight programme to ensure the building opened in time for the January 2023 semester.
Budgens Supermarket Refurbishment – Holt

Following previous fire damage, we were appointed to install fire protection systems within an existing Budgens supermarket undergoing refurbishment. Works included vertical fire barriers, fire partitions, associated boarding, and fire stopping measures to restore compliant compartmentation.
Audi Harrogate – Structural Steel Encasement

We provided fire protection encasement to the structural columns and beams of Audi Harrogate’s new cosmetic repair facility. The works ensured the required fire resistance period was achieved in line with the project’s fire boundary conditions.

Working within an operational marine environment, we delivered fire stopping measures to all wall and floor penetrations. Each penetration was labelled at the time of installation, with full product and system information logged into the fire asset register for lifecycle management.
