Andy has over 30 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industry, having started his career on site as an apprentice joiner at the age of 16 before progressing through senior roles to Board Director level.

Throughout his career, Andy has worked extensively within highly regulated sectors, including nuclear, rail, energy, waste, and material handling. It was during this time that he developed a strong interest in Passive Fire Protection and Fire Engineering, recognising the critical role these systems play in protecting life, property, and structural integrity.

This experience led to the launch of Bee Fire Protection Ltd, a business built around compliance, technical understanding, and quality delivery. Under Andy’s leadership, the company continues to grow through a focus on high standards, competent workmanship, and a practical, detail-driven approach to fire safety.

Charlie has been with and around the business from the beginning showing a keen interest in Passive Fire Protection.
This has led to him becoming a key member of the team, client focused and soon started building his technical knowledge to support estimating input and cost management of projects.
He is a point of contact for the team on the ground ensuring they have the correct materials, equipment and technical literature, with the focus on stop and report if a tested detail becomes a challenge, this is to ensure the correct installation will always be achieved.

Karen is our finance controller and accountant, she has been with the company from the very beginning supporting primarily in her accounting role.
She has been in accounting since leaving school bringing over 25 years’ experience to the business, she also checks and balances our stock levels, tracking every component that’s issued to site playing a key part in the “golden thread” of information from procurement through to the eventual installation and life records.

Louise joins Bee Fire Protection as Business Administrator, bringing valuable experience in planned and reactive maintenance, office management, administration and estimating support.

Having worked with Andy previously, Louise brings a strong understanding of the construction and maintenance sectors, alongside the organisational skills needed to support the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

Her experience and proactive approach will make her a valuable addition to the team, supporting both our office operations and the delivery of projects for clients across the UK.
